The Role: You’ll provide day-to-day support to the Commercial Property team, helping with the smooth running of client matters and ensuring the team continues to deliver a high standard of service. What you'll be doing: Providing administrative and legal support to the Commercial Property team Assisting with the preparation and management of legal documentation Supporting fee earners with the day-to-day progression of client matters Managing electronic files and keeping case records accurate and up to date Using Microsoft Word to prepare and amend documents, including tracked changes Helping to ensure information and documentation is handled accurately and confidentially Managing competing priorities and supporting the wider team where required About you: Previous experience within a legal environment, ideally supporting a Commercial Property team Confident using Microsoft Word , including tracked changes Familiarity with electronic document or case management systems Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to manage your workload effectively in a busy environment Self-motivated with the confidence to work independently and use your own initiative Professional, approachable and committed to providing a high level of client service Keen to develop your skills and build a long-term career within a respected law firm What's on Offer?
