We are working with a modern, award-winning law firm looking for a legal secretary/PA with audio-typing experience to support the Family and Litigation teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term career in legal administration.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative and PA support to the Family & Litigation teams
- Ensuring efficient compliance, document production, and comprehensive file organization
- Producing high-quality court bundles and other essential documents
- Maintaining a high standard of accuracy in typing and document preparation
- Understanding and applying the appropriate style and format for statements of case
- Performing audio-typing tasks
- Operating within a case management system
