We are working with a modern, award-winning law firm who are looking for a legal secretary/PA with audio-typing experience to support the Family and Litigation teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long term career in legal administration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative and PA support to the Family & Litigation team
  • Ensure efficient compliance, document production and comprehensive file organisation
  • Product high-quality court bundles and other essential documents
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy in typing and document preparation
  • Understand and apply the appropriate style and format of statements of case
  • Audiotyping tasks
  • Operate within a case management system
