We’re recruiting a Legal Administrator to join a well-established firm in Southport. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate looking to start their legal career. Full training and development will be provided, with clear opportunities to progress into areas such as business support, marketing, HR, recruitment, accounts, IT, and legal apprenticeships.
Responsibilities include:
- Photocopying and scanning documents
- Distributing internal post and preparing outgoing post
- Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Screening telephone calls and taking accurate messages
- Booking meeting rooms and maintaining office diaries
- Ordering stationery and office supplies when required
- Providing refreshments for client meetings
- Offering administrative support to team members as needed
- Providing occasional reception cover
- Assisting with general ad hoc office duties
What we need from you:
- Recent graduate with strong academics
- Proficient IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office packages
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Polite, professional, and eager to learn
