An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded and award-winning specialist team in Warwickshire. This is a particularly flexible opportunity, with the firm ideally looking for someone to be based in the Warwickshire office. The firm is also open to candidates from a broader Civil Litigation background who are interested in developing their expertise in Property Litigation and Residential Leasehold disputes.
You will join a specialist Property Litigation team, working on a varied caseload with a particular focus on Residential Leasehold disputes and Building Safety matters.
- Managing a varied caseload of Residential Leasehold Litigation matters
- Advising on disputes relating to the Building Safety Act and wider building safety legislation
- Representing clients before the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), Upper Tribunal and County Court
- Supervising and mentoring Paralegals, Trainees and Legal Assistants
The firm is open to candidates at Associate, Senior Associate or Partner level, with 3+ PQE. You should have a strong understanding of litigation procedures and a genuine interest in developing your expertise in Property Litigation. The firm is happy to provide training and support.
