A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their Kirkby in Ashfield office. This is a unique opportunity to work within a dedicated Personal Injury and Litigation team, handling a diverse range of claims, including RTA, EL, PL, clinical negligence, and complex litigation.
You will be joining a supportive team, managing your own caseload, and contributing to the development of personal injury work within the office. The team provides clients with practical, client-focused advice and allows solicitors the opportunity to develop expertise across multiple areas of personal injury law.
The Role:- Manage a varied caseload of personal injury claims, including RTA, EL, PL, clinical negligence, and complex litigation
- Provide proactive, client-focused advice and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct advocacy and negotiation on behalf of clients
- Support the development and growth of personal injury work in the Kirkby in Ashfield office
- Take ownership of delivering excellent outcomes for clients
- Stay up to date with developments in personal injury law
- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE or equivalent personal injury fee-earning experience
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Proactive, collaborative, and personable
