Key Responsibilities:
- You will handle a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- Managing enquiries and progressing transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders throughout
About You:
The firm welcomes candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds, provided you are confident running your own files. This may include:
- Solicitors
- Licensed Conveyancers
- CILEX Lawyers
- Experienced unqualified conveyancers
You will ideally:
- Have solid experience in residential conveyancing
- Be comfortable managing your own caseload independently
- Be highly organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills
Salary & Benefits:
- £40,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
