We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm looking to hire a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal into their busy Residential Property team in Northampton. The Role

You’ll be joining a fast-paced Residential Property team, supporting on a range of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion under supervision. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
  • Taking initial client instructions and opening files via the case management system
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties via phone and in person
  • Drafting and issuing correspondence throughout transactions
  • Supporting the Head of Department and acting on instructions
  • Time recording and working towards KPI targets
  • Assisting with business development and contributing to team growth
  • Ensuring compliance with internal quality and case management systems

About You

Experience within a Residential Property / Conveyancing team required. Confident handling files under supervision in a busy environment. Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with Lexcel standards or structured case management processes is beneficial.
