Oculus Legal Group is working with a highly reputable regional law firm who are looking to grow their partner-led Commercial Property Development team with the addition of a Solicitor / Associate (NQ–4 years PQE).
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and forward-thinking team with a strong pipeline of high-quality development work, acting for developers, landowners and investors across a range of projects.
The Role:
- You’ll be involved in a broad range of commercial property development matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of development land.
- Option and promotion agreements.
- Site assembly and strategic land transactions.
- Overage and conditional contracts.
- Supporting on larger, complex development projects.
- You’ll have the opportunity to run your own matters while also working closely with experienced senior lawyers on more complex deals.
About You:
- NQ – 4 years PQE (England & Wales).
- Experience in commercial property, ideally with exposure to development work.
- Strong technical ability with a commercial mindset.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
- Keen to develop within a specialist Commercial Property Development team.
