As part of this continued expansion, the firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join its Ipswich office. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, new build transactions, lease extensions, and auction matters.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and professional introducers.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory, internal, and external audit requirements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx), Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), or an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner with the ability to manage their own caseload.
  • Confident handling residential conveyancing matters independently from instruction to completion.
