A growing insurance-focused practice is looking to add a litigation lawyer to its industrial disease offering. This opportunity sits within a well-established national team acting for insurer and corporate clients on complex, high-volume claims.
You’ll handle a mix of files including hearing loss, vibration-related conditions and asbestos claims, with the support of a wider team ranging from junior fee earners through to senior specialists.
A qualified lawyer (or equivalent) with litigation experience is required. Background in defendant personal injury or industrial disease is helpful, but not essential. The ideal candidate should be someone who can take ownership of files and work with minimal supervision, maintaining quality standards and contributing to the financial performance of the team.
