This role is suited to a technically strong lawyer who combines sound judgement with a practical, client-focused approach to various employment matters. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive and timely employment law and employee relations advice via in-person meetings, phone calls and written correspondence. Manage employment litigation in the Employment Tribunal from start to finish, including advocacy (with training available). Draft and scrutinize contracts of employment, policies, procedures, and other employment-related documents. Present engaging seminars on employment law and employee relations topics. Maintain a high standard of professional knowledge through continuous research and training. Ensure compliance with office procedures for work coordination and monitoring. Assist the Head of HR
