This opportunity offers the chance to join an established legal team in a growing function that plays a critical role in shaping commercial strategy and managing legal risk. The firm, known for its collaborative and modern approach, has a strong presence across the UK and is trusted by high-profile clients across a range of sectors including real estate, finance, and technology.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer (circa 3β4 PQE) to move in-house within a dynamic legal team. You'll work closely with Directors, Partners, and senior stakeholders, advising on a broad range of commercial contracts and legal risk matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements
- Providing legal input on new products, partnerships, and third-party technologies
- Supporting regulatory compliance and data protection matters
- Developing and managing internal legal policies and templates
- Advising on legal risk and delivering pragmatic solutions aligned with business goals
- 3β4 years PQE with a commercial or corporate background
- Confident communicator, with strong commercial awareness and stakeholder skills
- Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
