The Firm

Oculus Legal Group is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded multi-office regional law firm that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional commercial property advice to businesses, landowners, developers and investors across the region. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its expanding team. • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
  • Property finance and secured lending transactions.
  • Easements, options and overage agreements.
  • Conditional sale agreements and promotion agreements.
  • Site assembly, ransom strips and sub-station leases.
  • Acting for landowners in disposals to developers and advising on development projects.

Career Development

This role offers far more than simply managing a caseload. You’ll work alongside a recognised Commercial Property Partner who is committed to mentoring and developing junior members of the team, providing regular exposure to technically challenging matters and encouraging greater responsibility as your experience grows. Whether your ambition is to strengthen your technical expertise, develop specialist knowledge or progress towards Associate and Partnership level, you’ll be supported every step of the way within a firm that genuinely invests in its people.

  • Structured career development and genuine progression opportunities
