Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its expanding team. The Opportunity
Working closely with a highly respected Commercial Property Partner, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to complex and high-value transactions that will significantly broaden your technical expertise and commercial awareness. Rather than being left to manage files in isolation, you’ll benefit from regular mentoring and guidance, giving you the opportunity to develop your knowledge across a range of commercial property matters whilst continuing to build confidence in your own practice. Your workload will include:
- Commercial landlord and tenant matters, including grants, assignments, surrenders and LTA 1954 renewals.
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
- Property finance and secured lending transactions.
- Easements, options and overage agreements.
- Conditional sale agreements and promotion agreements.
- Site assembly, ransom strips and sub-station leases.
- Acting for landowners in disposals to developers and advising on development projects.
