We’re working with a well-established and highly respected firm of property lawyers with a strong reputation across the region for delivering expert residential conveyancing and commercial property services. They are now looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy Residential Property team in Holt.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced conveyancing work and wants to develop their career within a supportive, experienced, and client-focused property team.
- Supporting fee earners with a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and completion paperwork
- Opening, updating, and closing client files, including AML and compliance checks
- Maintaining accurate records on the case management system
- Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team
Previous experience in a Conveyancing Assistant or residential property support role is required, along with a good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion. Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems, are also necessary.
Competitive salary dependent on experience (£26k–£30k). Ongoing training, development, and clear career progression opportunities are available.
