They are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to step into a combined legal and leadership position, taking ownership of a growing office. The role blends hands-on casework with full responsibility for operational performance, team leadership, and local business growth.
You will retain a busy and varied caseload of high-value and often complex Family Law matters while also taking accountability for the success of the office.
- Manage a full range of private Family Law work, including financial settlements, children matters, and relationship breakdowns.
- Maintain high standards of file management, compliance, and accurate time recording against agreed budgets.
- Oversee client funding arrangements and work closely with internal teams on financial management and debt recovery.
- Drive overall performance, compliance, and operational efficiency within the branch.
- Provide regular supervision, coaching, and professional development for fee earners and support staff.
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver on strategic and financial objectives.
- Take responsibility for billing performance, productivity levels, and financial health of the office.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and professional standards.
