This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth and an increasing volume of high-quality work. The firm operates exclusively within family law and is widely recognised across Sussex, consistently competing with much larger practices in terms of reputation, complexity of work and professional standing.
The Role
This is a senior appointment for a solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload and delivering high-level advice independently. Key aspects of the role include:
- Handling a varied and high-quality private family law caseload
- Significant exposure to complex financial remedy matters, including pensions, tax considerations and high-net-worth cases
- Strong emphasis on non-court dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation and collaborative law
- Advising clients in sensitive children matters where discretion and emotional intelligence are essential
- Working closely with colleagues in a supportive, non-hierarchical and collaborative environment
What are they looking for?
You will ideally have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ PQE in family law
