You'll be supported by dedicated client onboarding and post-completion teams, allowing you to focus on delivering an exceptional client experience while managing your own caseload efficiently through a fully paperless case management system.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling a broad range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build and shared ownership transactions
- Conducting title investigations, property searches and due diligence
About you:
- At least 1 year's experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Experience handling sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Knowledge of new build and shared ownership transactions would be advantageous
