A well-established legal practice in London is looking for an experienced Paralegal to support its secured lending team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex financial transactions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and review loan agreements, security documentation, and related legal paperwork
• Conduct due diligence on borrowers and collateral
• Liaise with lenders, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow
• Maintain accurate records and manage case files
• Assist senior lawyers with drafting and compliance tasks

• At least 1 year of experience in secured lending
• Solid understanding of loan documentation and security structures
