Join one of the South’s leading law firms and award-winning Family team, ranked Band 1 by Chambers & Partners for five consecutive years. They’re now looking to recruit a Family Solicitor (0–3 years PQE) to continue their success and work closely with one of their leading Partners on high-quality, complex family law matters.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-net-worth matrimonial finance and complex private law children cases. You’ll support a Partner renowned for handling intricate, sensitive matters and will gain exposure to top-tier clients and challenging, rewarding work.
The Family team is recognised for representing high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, often handling cases involving trusts, inherited wealth, property portfolios, and complex private children disputes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Partner with a busy caseload and drafting legal documents (applications, Forms E, questionnaires, court orders, briefs to Counsel)
- Managing your own time and work effectively, taking initiative and responsibility
- Keeping up to date with developments in family law
- Maintaining excellent communication with clients and colleagues
- Meeting time and financial targets while upholding professional standards
About You
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor (0–3 years PQE) with a passion for family law and a desire to build your career in a market-leading team.
You’ll have experience in:
- Divorce, dissolution and separation
- High-value and complex financial settlements
- Cohabitation and nuptial agreements
- Private law children matters
