A well-regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Family Paralegal to join its supportive and friendly team, based in either Nottingham or Loughborough. You will assist on a broad range of family law matters, with a particular focus on private family work.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Preparing and organising court bundles
- Managing client files from initial instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
- Supporting solicitors in progressing cases efficiently
- Conducting legal research as required
- Assisting with Legal Aid applications
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in family law is essential (private family law experience preferred)
