A well-established regional firm is seeking a Family Law Solicitor with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience to join their private client team. The team handles all aspects of private family law matters, in particular financial remedy proceedings, and is recognised for providing professional, pragmatic, and client-focused advice.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the duration of their matters
- Managing cases from inception to conclusion, including client engagement, document preparation, and billing
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents in advance of hearings
- Ensuring compliance with all file management and regulatory requirements
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and keeping senior team members informed
- Supporting the development and profile of the team
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with 2–4 years’ experience in family law
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and exercise sound professional judgement
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client and colleague relationships
