You’ll be joining a large and expanding team of experienced property lawyers who pride themselves on delivering a bespoke conveyancing service. With a strong flow of work generated through longstanding client relationships and trusted referrer networks, you'll benefit from a varied caseload and a supportive team environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing your own caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision
- Handling a broad range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
- Acting for a variety of clients, including investor clients
- Providing a high level of client service throughout the transaction process
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referrers
- Participating in departmental and firm-wide marketing initiatives
- Working collaboratively with colleagues while taking ownership of your own matters
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with approximately 1–5 years' PQE
- Experience gained within residential property/conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge across general residential property transactions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Personable, enthusiastic, and driven approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Keen to develop and build a successful long-term career in residential property
