We're working alongside a leading independent law firm with offices across Exeter, Teignmouth and Newton Abbot to recruit an HR Administrator into their established HR team. Based predominantly in their Exeter office, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career within HR and gain broad exposure across a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

    \n
  • Providing administrative support across the full HR function
  • \n

  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee information on the HR information system
  • \n

  • Managing applicant information and contacting candidates through the applicant tracking system
  • \n

  • Answering basic HR queries and acting as a point of contact for colleagues across the business
  • \n

  • Supporting the induction process for new starters in the absence of the Senior HR Adviser
  • \n

  • Assisting with the administration of learning and development activities
  • \n

  • Creating and maintaining databases of compliance information
  • \n

  • Supporting holiday and salary calculations
  • \n

  • Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring information is kept up to date
  • \n

  • Providing wider administrative support to the HR team as required
  • \n

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience within an HR or administrative environment
  • \n

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or an interest in working towards one would be welcomed
  • \n
