About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer or Residential Property Fee Earner to join a fast-paced team in Essex. The successful candidate will take on a varied caseload of residential property matters, handling files from initial instruction through to completion. The caseload will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
This is a role suited to someone confident managing their own workload with minimal supervision.
About You: Ideally 3+ years’ experience within residential conveyancing. Qualified (Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer) is desirable but not essential. Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently. Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process. Excellent communication and client care skills. Self-motivated, organised, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment.

- Managing a full caseload from instruction through to completion
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and third parties
- Delivering a high standard of client service throughout the transaction
- Working autonomously while contributing positively to the wider team
