Due to continued growth and increasing demand within the Commercial Property team, the firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the department at an exciting stage of its development. The team is currently extremely busy and turning work away, creating a genuine opportunity for someone looking to make a visible impact within a growing practice.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Asset management work
  • General commercial property transactions
  • Client relationship management and business development

Ideally 2–3+ years’ experience within Commercial Property.

Proven ability to independently manage a commercial property caseload.

Leadership or supervisory experience advantageous for those interested in the Head of Department pathway.

Competitive salary from £60,000+ with flexibility for an exceptional senior/HOD-level candidate (circa £80,000).

Hybrid working available (typically 1–2 days from home following onboarding/probation).
