My client is a well-established and highly regarded Legal 500 law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services. Due to continued growth and increasing demand within the Commercial Property team, the firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the department at an exciting stage of its development. The team is currently extremely busy and turning work away, creating a genuine opportunity for someone looking to make a visible impact within a growing practice.

This opportunity would suit either:

  • a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, or
  • a more senior individual with the capability and ambition to progress into a potential Head of Department role.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters
  • Acquisitions and disposals
