An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor with 0–5 years’ PQE to join a nationally recognised, award‑winning Corporate team based in Warwickshire. As the team continues to grow and build on its outstanding success, we are looking to appoint a talented individual who is keen to develop their career within a high‑performing and supportive environment.
You will work closely with a leading Corporate Partner who has an excellent track record of mentoring and developing junior lawyers, having previously trained and grown teams within a Top 5 practice. This role offers genuine exposure to high‑quality work and the chance to progress quickly under experienced guidance.
The Corporate team is highly regarded across the legal industry for both the volume and quality of transactions it delivers. The team consistently ranks among the top legal advisers in the Experian league tables and is recognised by both Chambers and Legal 500.

About You
- A qualified Corporate Solicitor with 0–5 years’ PQE.
- Experienced, or keen to gain experience, across a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and VAT‑related corporate transactions.
- A strong team player with excellent client management skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Technically strong, with excellent drafting skills and sound commercial awareness.
- Proactive, well organised, detail‑oriented, and motivated to take on new challenges.
