I’m working with a leading multi-office Top 200 law firm seeking a talented solicitor to join their Development team. You’ll be specialising on the strategic development side, handling:
- Drafting & negotiating promotion agreements
- Landowner collaboration / consortium agreements
- Option agreements for residential & commercial developments of all sizes
The Role:
- Act for both residential & commercial landowners
- Ready-made caseload from day one
- Hybrid working – only 2 days per week in the office
- Part-time considered
- PQE: 3+ years
