Employment Solicitor– Manchester
£60,000 – £80,000
Oculus are currently working with an exceptional National Law Firm, based in Manchester , with an award-winning Employment team, as recognised by the Legal 500. They have a strategic growth plan, which has seen them bolster their team with a number of experienced Partner hires in recent times and they are looking to expand their team even more so.
They have a particular specialism in Commercial Employment and operate within a wide range of sectors that include Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Charities, Retail and Technology to name a few.
This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote), a top of the market salary , as well as an enticing bonus scheme.
The position involves handling complex Employment matters such as:
- Advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Preparing for and advocating in employment tribunal cases.
- Drafting contracts, policies, and advising on employment rights and corporate support matters like TUPE.
- Participating in marketing and departmental projects, including seminars and publications.
