Oculus are currently working with an exceptional Top 100 National Law Firm, based in Manchester, with an award-winning Employment team. They have a strategic growth plan, which has seen them bolster their team with a number of experienced Partner hires in recent times and they are looking to expand their team even more so.
They have particular specialisms within the Healthcare, Real Estate, Tech and Education sectors but are happy to consider generalist Employment practitioners, with respondent experience.
This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the office, 3 days remote), a top of the market salary, as well as an enticing bonus scheme.
The position involves handling complex Employment matters such as:
- Contracts of Employment
- Grievance and Disciplinary procedures
- Termination of Employment (to include dismissals and redundancies)
- HR Advisory work
- Discrimination claims
- Settlement Agreements
