Employment Paralegal
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Employment Paralegal to join a dynamic team in Milton Keynes. This role offers the chance to engage deeply with both claimant and respondent facets of employment law, providing a platform for significant professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders as required.
- Draft correspondence and manage own caseload independently.
- Proofread documents meticulously.
- Develop contacts for the team and firm through excellent marketing and interpersonal skills.
- Manage accounts and money laundering responsibilities associated with client files.
- Work collaboratively within a busy, friendly team environment.
- Handle pressure well and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong Employment experience with exposure to both claimant and respondent employment work.
- Professional Legal Qualification (Law Degree, Paralegal, CILEX) is desirable.
- Strong IT and systems proficiency, including Microsoft Office and legal-specific document management systems.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
