Oculus are currently working with an exceptional specialist Employment practice, with roots in Chester. They pride themselves on providing a more personalised approach to HR and Employment Law services. They have a strategic growth plan, which has seen them bolster their team with a number of experienced hires in recent times and they are looking to expand their team even more so.

They have particular a specialism in respondent matters but are open to considering applications from Employment lawyers with more generalist experience.

The position involves handling complex Employment matters such as:

• Employment Tribunal Services
• Employment Contracts
• Employee Handbooks
• Redundancies
• TUPE transfers
