A leading UK Top 100 law firm is seeking to appoint an Employment Law Partner to lead and grow its offering across Warwickshire. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Partner, or a Senior Associate / Legal Director ready to step into partnership, to join a highly regarded national Employment, HR and Immigration practice.

You will be joining a national team of 50+ fee earners within a well-established and collaborative structure, supported locally by a team of Associates and Paralegals. The role offers genuine scope to shape and develop the Leamington offering, with strong national backing and an established client base.

The Employment, HR and Immigration team advises a broad and diverse client base, including PLCs, SMEs, and major national and international employers across both the public and private sectors. Key sectors include education, healthcare, local government, manufacturing, aviation, recruitment, and professional services, alongside senior executives, public figures, and private individuals.

This is a people-focused, high-performing practice with a strong reputation for technical excellence and client service.
