The Opportunity:
You will join an immensely experienced Private Client team where many hold Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners qualifications, and are part of Solicitors for the Elderly.
There will be many aspects of the role familiar to you - such as the opportunity to assist with wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, estates and tax.
But beyond the traditional elements of Private Client work you will benefit from more niche work such as the chance to act for a number of private family charitable trusts and the chance to help clients manage international assets.
What’s needed to be considered?
- STEP qualification or working towards
- Solid working knowledge of wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, estates and tax
- A desire to secure professional development
- Strong Business Development skills
