You will work alongside experienced litigators who are passionate about mentoring and developing junior lawyers, giving you exposure to a broad range of commercial and property disputes from the outset.
The RoleYou will gain experience across a varied caseload while developing strong technical and client-facing skills. The role will include:
- Managing your own matters with appropriate supervision, including:
- Contract disputes
- Debt recovery
- Property litigation
- Assisting on more complex and high-value disputes such as:
- Shareholder disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Commercial litigation matters
- Supporting senior solicitors and partners on strategic cases
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
