A leading UK law firm is seeking a motivated Dispute Resolution Paralegal to join its growing team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside high-profile partners on complex and high-value commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
The role offers a clear career progression route, with the potential to secure a two-year training contract after 12 months’ service, subject to performance.

Responsibilities include:
- Support partners and associates on commercial litigation and arbitration matters
- Prepare and review pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
- Conduct legal research to inform case strategy and client advice
- Draft, proofread, and review correspondence, contracts, and legal reports
- Assist in the preparation and management of court bundles, evidence, and exhibits
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and external parties on routine matters
- Maintain case management systems, trackers, and deadlines
- Collaborate with other paralegals and trainees to ensure smooth team workflow
- Provide support across non-contentious and contentious matters as required
What we need from you:
- Driven, determined, and proactive with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong academic record (good degree)
- LPC or SQE qualified (parts 1 and 2)
- Ideally has 12+ months of dispute resolution or corporate paralegal experience
