Newly Qualified / Junior Solicitor – Dispute Resolution

Shropshire | Hybrid Working | Legal 500 Team | £45,000 – £54,000 + Bonus + Free Parking

Are you a newly qualified solicitor, or due to qualify soon, with an interest in dispute resolution? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded Legal 500 team where you can build your career from day one, with genuine support, quality work, and clear progression.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and approachable team that is passionate about developing junior lawyers. Whether you’ve completed a litigation seat or are looking to specialise, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of commercial and property disputes, with close support from experienced solicitors and partners.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing your own caseload with support, including contract disputes, debt recovery, and property litigation
  • Assisting on complex and high-value matters, including shareholder disputes and professional negligence claims
  • Working closely with senior team members who will mentor and guide your development
  • Building relationships with clients and gaining valuable client-facing experience early in your career
  • Getting involved in networking and business development activities as your confidence grows

About you:

  • Newly qualified up to 3 years’ PQE
  • Ideally some exposure to litigation during training, though not essential
  • Enthusiastic, personable, and keen to learn
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • Organised, proactive, and eager to take on responsibility
  • Interested in developing a long-term career in dispute resolution
