An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a top-tier Legal 100 international law firm within its highly regarded Real Estate Disputes team in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified to junior solicitor to work closely alongside a leading senior partner within a growing and supportive team, offering exposure to high-quality work, excellent training, and clear long-term progression opportunities.

You will advise on a broad range of complex Real Estate Disputes matters, including:

  • Commercial landlord & tenant disputes, including 1954 Act matters, break rights, alienation, and dilapidations
  • Commercial portfolio and development disputes
  • Property contract disputes
  • Strategic advice for developers, landowners, and local authorities

Salary between £60,000 – £66,000 + bonus
