A growing insurance-focused practice is looking to add a litigation lawyer to its industrial disease offering. This opportunity sits within a well-established national team acting for insurer and corporate clients on complex, high-volume claims.
The role will suit someone comfortable running litigated matters and keen to build expertise across occupational disease work. You’ll handle a mix of files including hearing loss, vibration-related conditions and asbestos claims, with the support of a wider team ranging from junior fee earners through to senior specialists.
Responsibilities:- Progressing files from instruction through to resolution.
- Shaping case strategy.
- Preparing formal documentation.
- Instructing counsel.
- Engaging directly with clients and opponents.
- Getting involved in wider client engagement and team growth initiatives.
- A qualified lawyer (or equivalent) with litigation experience.
