What you'll be doing:
- Assisting partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters
- Working on disputed wills and trusts, alongside exposure to commercial litigation
- Managing the day-to-day conduct of your own files while building your caseload
- Developing your own specialist area of practice over time
- Working closely with a collaborative team while delivering excellent client care
- Taking part in training, team-building activities, and future business development within the local community
About you:
- Newly Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 0–5 years PQE
- A practical and proactive approach to resolving disputes
- Ideally some experience in contentious trusts and probate, although this is not essential
