What you'll be doing: Managing a varied litigation caseload from instruction through to resolution.
Advising clients on a wide range of contentious matters while providing an exceptional level of client care.
Drafting legal documents, pleadings and correspondence to progress matters efficiently.
Handling pre-action procedures, negotiations and trial preparation where required.
Communicating with clients, courts, solicitors and third parties throughout the lifecycle of each case.
