An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join a well-established law firm within their Conveyancing team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, an excellent telephone manner, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities include:
- General administration including scanning, filing, audio typing, handling telephone enquiries, and archiving
- Supporting fee earners with anti-money laundering procedures and file closures
- Typing documents as dictated by fee earners (audio typing skills are essential)
- Document production, including creating and amending documents from templates in line with firm standards
What we need from you:
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary is essential
- High attention to detail and strong accuracy in work
- Excellent client service skills and a professional telephone manner
- Able to work collaboratively within a team
- Positive and flexible approach to tasks
- Familiarity with SOS Connect is advantageous but not required
- Accurate typing skills are essential
