What you'll be doing:
- Managing your own caseload of commercial dispute resolution matters with minimal supervision.
- Advising on a broad range of disputes including commercial property disputes, breach of contract claims, shareholder and director disputes, contentious probate matters, asset and debt recovery, and alternative dispute resolution.
- Representing a diverse client base including individuals, SMEs, corporate clients, insurers, and in-house legal teams.
- Advising clients on litigation strategy, risk, and commercial solutions.
- Drafting high-quality correspondence, pleadings, and legal documentation.
- Supporting clients through negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings where required.
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive in England & Wales.
- 2 years PQE + strong commercial litigation experience with the ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
