You will play a key role in supporting the Litigation team, providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to ensure matters are managed efficiently while delivering an excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Litigation team
- Prepare, format and amend legal documents, correspondence and court documentation
- Manage fee earners’ diaries, appointments and meetings
- Liaise confidently with clients, courts and third parties via telephone, email and post
- Open, maintain and close client files in line with firm procedures
- Assist with document management, scanning, filing and general administration
- Support with billing processes, file management and wider departmental tasks
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and procedures
