A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking to recruit a Senior Family Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its growing Family team in Wigan or Preston.
The Role
- Manage a varied and high-quality caseload of private family law matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial settlements, including complex and high-value assets
- Children matters and parental disputes
- Domestic abuse and protective orders
- Prenuptial and cohabitation agreements
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE in family law
- Strong experience handling a broad private family caseload
- Confidence dealing with complex financial matters (HNW experience advantageous)
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A proactive, collaborative, and commercially aware approach
