A leading Legal 100 law firm with a strong national presence is looking to appoint a talented Corporate Associate (3+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Nottingham City Centre team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, complex M&A transactions within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

  • You will advise a broad client base on a range of transactional matters, including:
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Corporate finance transactions
  • Joint ventures
  • Private equity transactions
  • Drafting key corporate documents, including articles of association, shareholders’ agreements, and SPAs

You will work closely with experienced Partners and gain exposure to high-quality work from day one.

  • Salary: £66,000 – £78,000 + 10% bonus
  • Hybrid working (2 days in the Birmingham City Centre office, 3 from home)
  • Pension: 4% employee / 5% employer contribution

  • 3+ PQE Corporate Solicitor
  • Strong experience in M&A and transactional work
  • Commercially minded with excellent drafting skills
