The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a broad and varied role. The role will suit someone with experience in leading a variety of M&A transactions including share/asset sales and purchases and management buy-outs. The role will also include undertaking corporate reorganisations (such as demergers), drafting bespoke shareholder agreements and articles of association, advising on corporate governance issues and advising on private equity transactions. Some management experience would be of benefit. You will be provided with a high degree of autonomy and will be encouraged to proactively support the team’s business development activities.
