Corporate and Commercial Associate/Senior Associate – Cambridge

Oculus Legal Group is in proud partnership with a Legal 500, regional practice in Cambridge, in the appointment of a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor. Our client is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor looking to strengthen their knowledge and experience in both domestic & international matters.

The role:

• You will be assisting on advising clients on commercial agreements and corporate transactions including: commercial agreements, intellectual property, company law, investments, partnerships and finance
• Providing high quality, tailored and effective legal services to clients in a timely manner
• Proactively managing your client matters effectively and profitably
• Collaborating with team members across all areas of the firm
• Developing mentoring capabilities by advising less experienced team members

About you:

• 2+ years PQE or equivalent experience
• Demonstrable knowledge on commercial and corporate matters
• Strong commercial awareness
• Analytical skills and ability to make sound judgement
