A leading UK law firm is seeking a talented Corporate and Commercial Paralegal to join its growing team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside highly regarded City partners on a wide range of complex and high-profile matters.
The position offers a clear career progression route, with the potential to secure a two-year training contract after 12 months’ service, subject to performance.

Responsibilities include:
- Support partners and associates on M&A transactions and company formations
- Conduct legal research and prepare client communications
- Draft, review, and proof commercial contracts and legal documentation
- Assist with due diligence exercises and prepare reports for clients and internal teams
- Prepare and organise legal documents, closing packs, and deal files
- Maintain case management systems and trackers, ensuring deadlines are met
- Liaise with clients and external parties on routine matters and document requests
- Collaborate with other paralegals and trainees on project work and team initiatives
What we need from you:
- Driven, organised, and keen to take ownership of their development
- An excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
- Academically strong, holding a good degree
- LPC or SQE completed
- Ideally has 12+ months of experience as a paralegal in corporate or commercial work at a respected law firm
